Green screen Hollywood technology, AKA chroma key is a technique used by filmmakers to mix two separate photographs together. This works by making the background ( a solid color which is usually green or blue ) transparent in order to show another image which is the particular background that’ll be shown on film. This method of filming is often referred to as color keying, blue screen, and color separation overlay ( CSO ). It was basically used for weather reports. Forecasters were shot in front of chroma key screens and the background got replaced by tangible maps that indicate weather forecasts . The chroma key technique is also employed by filmmakers and photographers alike.
The green screen first made its appearance in the 1930’s at RKO Radio pictures. The backdrop used back then was blue. This strategy of film making was developed in order to create CGI effects for the film “The burglar of Bagdad.” apart from the chroma key methodology, filmmakers relied on an especially boring and time consuming process called “travelling matte.” This made transition like “wipes” possible .
Larry butler is understood to be responsible for pioneering the blue screen technique. Actually, he even took home an Academy Award for visual effects for his work in “The burglar of Bagdad.” After his accomplishment in the 30’s, servant was the first to use chroma key technology in Technicolor, paving the way for modern green screen Hollywood technology.
The first films to benefit from Chroma Key technology was the movie modification of Ernest Hemingway famous novella, “The Old Man and the Sea,” starring Spencer Tracy. After the “Old Man and the Sea,” more and more films used the chroma key system. Some famous film that make use of chroma key technology are The Empire Strikes Back, Lord of the Rings, Titanic, Star Trek, and even 300. Films that employ CGI or PC generated photographs are also made with the help of green screen technology. This is how having out of this world settings and wonderful creatures are able to be shown on film.
Today, green screen Hollywood technology isn’t just confined to massive budget studios. It’s also used in photography. From the opening blue screen, green was used later on because filmmakers found out that a green background doesn’t need tedious lighting. Cameras are most sensitive to this color, so the result of films shot on green screens are less difficult to work with and manipulate. With that said, chroma key technology is now known to photographers and filmmakers’ best friend.
There are so many other websites offering a variety of forms of advice on how to use green screen but most of them are not very specific or precise. Music is lovely to listen to if it is your selected genre. It somehow fills an empty void that is in serious need of filling and it makes you want to do things you never thought were possible. But when it comes to actually making the music that brings pleasure to your ears it is not at all that easy.
Anyone who wants to be successful in music must be unique. Having a style that stands out from the rest of the others is a powerful way of getting established. Being unique means you try to be different from what is already out there and at the same time offering a better quality of music. So if your role model plays a popular black electric guitar you must get a white or pink one and proceed to strum it differently.
I have regularly observed how rock musicians have crazy looking hair or have all sorts of colorfully erotic make up. And whilst this looked satanic at first I eventually realized that such artists were striving for an image. An image is a look or style that is distinctly yours and makes you stand out and represent a certain mentality. Having an image that people associate you with is important as it gives you some sort of character different from what people see in other people.
Being innovative and inventive is what you need to last in the music industry. Try as much as possible to develop the quality of sound that comes out of your recording label in a way that shows a marked improvement from what was being produced before. Being inventive ensures longevity in the industry and you will be very much able to attract a new pool of fans everytime you adapt and change.
So if your music goes out there and people love it you will be faced with one minor problem, maintaining your quality or image. Consistency is what a number of musicians struggle to attain and this can be their downfall if they are careless. If you have established a reputation for wearing a full face helmet on stage then people will want to see that perhaps forever.
In as much as people try to deny this but controversy actually sells. When followers of your music hear about something that you did behind the scenes they will want to know what you think about it. So they will scurry around music stores when your album or single is out just to know what is going on. But it is important to stay clear of controversies that can potentially destroy your career.
But without patience all this is useless. Patience is about setting realistic goals and removing any pressures that can get you anxious and nervous. Clear the air and allow yourself to breath so that when something doesn\’t work out you won\’t have a nervous breakdown. Set your men\’s sport watch and give yourself time to grow and mature as a musician.

Wicked is an amazing musical, and a storyline you are sure to love. The story is based off of the original movie of the 1939 movie, The Wizard of Oz. Wicked is the story of how The Wicked Witch of the West got so wicked.
When going to the theater to see Wicked the musical you will want to have a pair of opera glasses. The costumes are so breathtaking that characters wear that you will not want to miss any of the detail. Glittery, silky, gorgeous material makes up the lovely gowns. The singing is outstanding. With your opera glasses you can watch the actors sing their hearts out up close and personal.
I love how you learn who the good witch, Glinda and the Wicked Witch of the West truly are. You learn how they acted growing up. You find out how Glinda, (the good witch) really was.
I know that as you attend Wicked you will be shocked and awed at the twist in the original storyline that you did not expect, and you will find yourself sympathizing with the Wicked witch. You will begin to see the Glinda the good witch was not as you would have suspected. Glinda was really a popular spoiled girl, and the Wicked Witch, Elphaba had quite a traumatic childhood. Elphaba was born with green skin, as was made fun of constantly, she had no mother growing up, and was raised solely by her father. You will see that she was not wicked all along, and that she actually did good things. After you have attended this performance, you may find yourself purchasing the t-shirt, hat, or as I recommend the CD to this wonderful performance, you will find yourself listening to it over and over again.
If you would like to see one of the most popular musicals in years, Wicked is the performance to see, it has won many national and international awards including a Tony! If you don\’t believe me, simply find a friend or relative who has seen it, and listen to them rave. When you finally go, make sure you bring your opera glasses to make the show as wonderful as possible.
You know that Wicked is a masterpiece as this year of 2009 Wicked is on its second National United States tour. This musical is so popular box office records have occurred through and through. If you have not seen Wicked yet, you are missing a fantastic musical. I would highly recommending purchasing tickets as you will not be sorry. As mentioned above, do not forget your opera glasses.
Jeff Bridges has always loved the theater and opera, he currently helps run an opera glasses retail site where they sell opera glasses. Including Opera Glasses with handle, flashlight, chain and more!

If you are looking for a nice musical to take your kids and whole family to, Wicked could just be the one that all of you could enjoy most. Wicked is a Broadway musical also being performed at the West End. In New York, it has gathered enough positive criticisms to get a Tony Award and prove its worth.
This musical is based on a novel written by Gregory Maguire entitled \”Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West\”. This best-selling literature is actually written in parallel to the classical story entitled \”The Wonderful Wizard of Oz\” by L. Frank Baum.
In the story, there are two witches, Elphaba, who will eventually become the wicked witch and Glinda, the supposedly good witch. These two witches became friends, although they have contrasting personalities and view points. Their friendship did suffer bumps and trials along the way of course. They do share one thing in common though – they both love the same guy.
The setting of the story happened before Dorothy arrived in Oz with the help of her ruby slippers. With that said, the audience could expect notable references, dialogues, and scenes in the equally popular \”The Wizard of Oz\” movie of 1939.
You need not see the story of Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz to appreciate this show and its plot. But those who simply love the classical tale are very much invited to see who the wicked witch of Oz really is. While you may think that she\’s the person that made things miserable for the people at Emerald City, you might think differently about her after watching this entertaining Broadway show.
Before finding its way to New York, Wicked was first shown at the Curran Theatre in San Francisco. It debuted in May 2003 before being presented in Broadway five months after. The force behind this musical is none other than Universal Pictures and is under the direction of Joe Mantello. Musical staging credits go to Wayne Cilento.
In the US, Wicked is being shown not only in New York but in Los Angeles, St. Louis, and Chicago as well. It also has had a big opening in London, more particularly at the West End. A tour is also being held regularly, with the show already taken to Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, and Ohio, among others.
The main characters of the story, aside from the two witches are The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, Madame Morrible, Fiyero, Nessarose, Boq, and Doctor Dillamond. Each one of these characters features a distinct singing voice in the play that makes the musical more entertaining and lively. The most popular numbers of the musical are \”No One Mourns the Wicked\”, \”Dear Old Shiz\”, \”As Long as You\’re Mine\”, and \”For Good\”, among others.
Kids and adults would surely love this show simply because it is a very good one. The tale is rich and eventful, with the musical rendition quite memorable. Take your whole family to enjoy the performance. It is truly going to be a night of entertainment for all of you.
Rich Stephenson is in the SEO field for a ticket agency that sells tickets to sports, concert and theater events. Ticket agency also sells Cheap Wicked Tickets as well as Theater Tickets for all theater events.

I’ve recently come across Bandcamp.com and I’m impressed with the service it provides for artists/bands (and for music fans for that matter.)
It lets bands sell their music as downloads so that the bands themselves keep all of the profit from those sales. Screw the record labels. It’s the artists that should be making money [...]

Our illustrious Mr. Whitperson was feeling a bit under the weather today, but he had some time to put together a rocking podcast to pay homage to the 10 year anniversary of Phish’s Big Cypress NYE2000 celebration down in Florida, easily one of the most important concerts of the decade. Love it.

I’ve mentioned here a few times before how much I like AmazonMP3 (I think it’s way better than ITunes) for purchasing music downloads. The selection is outstanding and I like that the mp3 quality is better than it is on ITunes and that you don’t have to use ITunes as your player (I prefer Winamp) [...]
