I feel like I’m listening to something I’d find in a stereotypical version of heaven.

Brilliant!
If an arrangement is better than the original…it’s a “statement”.

hm i know both of these songs pretty well and i just can’t seem to distinguish the two individually. . . i dunno. I mean, it DOES sound good, just sounds like they took a lot of liberties with the original songs (i.e. sound level) when it came to stuff that would make the whole better
i dunno. not saying its a bad thing.
just rambling i guess.

i thought it was just
love story, then goes into viva la vida. i liked it, but i thought you was going to mash them together a bit more.

amazing composing man!! congrats on a great song…
but if ur going to make a video showing you playing the music it better be the music you play…
where’d the cymbols and timpani come from and the vocals sound sooo fake. why dont u record those people too?? it’d be a waaay sicker video than instead of making it look so fake.

I wasn’t familiar with either of these songs. This stands on its own, and it’s beautiful.
And the fact that you did it to make your daughter happy just makes me smile.
