Is it weird to listen to rock music about sex?
I love listening to rock and heavy metal. But I once told some guys about a song that was about having sex and they said it was really weird and I have weird music taste.

thats actually a pretty common thing to write a song about. its pretty popular in metal, many 60s artists did it like jimi hendrix and the beatles. most of bob marley songs are either about weed or sex. marvin gaye who was far from gay had many songs about sex. you have a normal taste in music

have you heard mechanix by megadeth? that song kicks ass and its about sex(and some other stuff). for me its only weird if the song actually describes every detail of sex. never heard one like that and never will.

Look, I’m not going to bash this guy. You said you have weird music taste, right? Whatever weird music it is to you.To have your friends feel it’s odd makes you want to ask other people, because it’s just everyday stuff for you. Music in general covers all kinds of subjects, whether we form our opinions on certain parts of it or not. Key word: Open-mindedness.
