I am going to jail break my 4.2.1 iPod 2nd gen and I have alot of free music downloaded on my downloads app I got from the app store. And I was wondering of the music gets backed up when I sync my iPod??? I want to still have all of my music if I have to restore.

Also, if there is a specific record label that doesn’t promote homophobia, disrespect towards women, and violence, and promotes moving forward politically that would be great too.
