that was from Without Me a 2002 song/video. They redid the intro in Just Lose It in 2004. But really that intro originated from the The Real Slim Shady in 2000.

When I watched this live back in 2002, I thought this was stupid as hell – that it ran way too long and was too subversive for MTV. Now, though, I realized how goddamn brilliant it was. Fallon is a legend!

What was the name of the band and the song he was making a parody of? The second one, I faintly remember the music video was like in color blocks, lego looking and I think the pair that did the song are the ones in white/red and sat in front of avril. I may be wrong.
